Two-week iterations with a working demo at the end of each. You see real progress on your real data, not a Gantt chart. You can adjust scope between sprints.

Calibration
We run the deliverable against actual users and real workloads for two weeks. We tune, fix, and retrain until it holds up under daily use.

Handover
Your team receives the source code, infrastructure, and runbooks, plus a 30-day stabilization window included at no additional cost. Optional retainer afterward.
