Thinking, shipped
Practical writing on AI, data analytics, and business intelligence for owners and operators of small and mid-size businesses. Every post answers a question we actually get asked on discovery calls — what AI costs, when an agent beats a spreadsheet, how to brief AI tools so the output sounds like you.
We write from inside the work. The team here designs database schemas, ships dashboards, and stands up agentic AI workflows for clients across the Wasatch Front and the rest of the United States. Each post pulls from a real engagement — anonymized where it needs to be, but never invented. If a recommendation sounds easy here, it’s because we already learned the hard version on someone’s production system.
You will not find listicles, AI-generated filler, or rebadged vendor whitepapers. Posts run between 1,000 and 1,500 words, include at least one externally cited source, and end with a practical next step you could try this week. We publish weekly, human-edit every draft before it goes live, and link each post back to the service most relevant to the topic so you can dig in further if it lands.
6 posts published so far. New writing lands roughly every Monday, drafted on real client problems and edited by humans before publishing.
